1. Booking Terms
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons, and rates are subject to change without notice. While we will make every effort to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
2. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information for booking and check-in purposes. All guests are expected to comply with villa rules and guidelines, respect the property and other guests, and report any issues promptly to management. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.
3. Liability
The villa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay. Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Force majeure conditions may affect reservations, and appropriate adjustments will be made in such cases.
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires written notice. Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations between 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. We recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to guests with confirmed reservations. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
